Right now we are having issues with the Proxy server, please try these tips: Turn on the device
Make sure you are connected to the home network
Open up Safari
When the Proxy comes up, log on with the student’s 5 and 3 combo username and wcps+id password
If that does not seem to work, try the 5 and 3 combo email@example.com (the student email as the login) and the same for the password of wcps+id
This should prevent it from popping up all the time during this login session
Whenever the student comes home again, the same process will need to happen again, because it is reestablishing connection toyour home network.
The WCPS technology department is aware of the issues this is causing, but we are not sure right now if it will be changing or not.It is a security measure for home use of the device, and it cannot be taken off.
